Have you installed the latest graphics drivers? Anyway, your GT525M is very weak so you're never going to be able to run GTA IV properly anyway. GTA IV needs to be patched before it will allow you to increase the graphics details past the recommended level, search Rockstar's webite for the patch. Shawaeb's answer is completely wrong, there is no 64 bit version of GTA IV and the 64 bit version of Windows can run 32 bit software because of the way that its kernal is designed.
